I dont understand how pc-only people can say that console gaming is irrelevant especially with so many AAA games being pumped out this generation. I will always be a pc gamer but I'm aware that there is much more out there than just the few good pc games every year.
Pc will obviously be the way to go with this game, same goes for any bioware, valve or epic game. However my console still has importance as I have yet to see a pc run killzone 2, heavy rain, warhawk, uncharte...
I enjoy the game, its fun to play created courses online with your friends. The campaign courses get pretty tough though, it would be an accomplishment to beat them all.

Uh oh, I see a new kind of gaming lawsuit on the horizon.
Anything with so much hype behind it will attract comments from all over the gaming universe, anything no matter the console. People want to see what the hype is about, rightfully so, and when the video turns out like this one you cant expect all the comments to be people flabbergasted with amazement. The critiques by hardcore gamers are justified, without a doubt.
I cant believe people WANT this to be a success. This is what xbox fans hope becomes of gaming, my life-long passion? Color me unimpressed.
This is a good thing, now when people see that logo they are less likely to affiliate the game with Rares older games which inevitably happens. They cant touch the quality of those older games so this rebrand is probably the best thing they can do short of changing their name. Hopefully their natal projects put them back on the radar of the mainstream rather than just being on the radar of xbox fans.
If MS's $50,000,000 (75 according to others) only got them timed exclusive dlcs over a year later how much do you think it would cost them for gta to be an actual exclusive, even timed? I dont think gta being exclusive to any platform is realistic, unless its hardware issues holding them back from making the game they want to make. Even then the game would just release on the next cycle of whatever console it was absent from.
Why would take two want to steal rockstar norths own thunder away from Agent with a gta5 announcement? That doesnt make too much sense to me. I guess we'll know in just a few weeks.
The title is just there to stir up the emotions of a certain fanbase, I wouldnt pay any attention to it. The entire article honestly couldve been summed up in this sentence -
"The visuals I saw last night were not finished, and Hulst said they are still early in development."
In screenshots it may look as good to you, but playing kz is a completely different experience than just looking at pictures. You have to take into consideration that physics, ai, and animations among other things all contribute to making kz2 such an impressive experience, not just nice textures. To think that kz3 will be improving upon that is overwhelming. IMHO of course :D
I agree that we should wait and see what the final pricepoint is, but what in ms's recent peripheral history makes you think that natal will launch at a bargain price? One look at their pricing for things like hdds and wifi adapters and you can see that ms has no problem whatsoever overcharging for addons. Especially, one would think, an addon thats being hyped as the next evolution in video games.
Who knows though, they may launch the thing at 69.99 usd and surprise us a...

I was racing around with my buddies this morning in the mystery machine as luigi in the Doughnut Plains. I feel like this is the kart racing game I've always wanted, but never quite got there with mario kart. Kudos to UFG.

I guess when I heard that we would have Washington DC to explore I was not expecting half of it to consist of subway tunnels, and thats where my disappointment comes in. For New Vegas my expectations will be more realistic to avoid any unpleasant surprises :D
I know the purpose of the subway tunnels as I played/own the game, I'm just saying that the city couldve been more fun to explore if it was just a seamless world like Oblivion or Morrowind (dont mind the loading). The one thing that stands out in my mind about f3 was hating the subway tunnels and how they made me feel disconnected from the game world when I just wanted to explore the city, a feeling I never had while playing Bethesdas older games, and I hope they are gone this time.

That too bad, I know that a few people were looking forward to this game. In all honesty though anyone that was expecting more than a b title with this was just setting themselves up for disappointment. I'll give her a rent since I enjoyed dead to rights on my xbox.
